- Health Guarantee: If a congenital or hereditary condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the 14-day window, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Unconditional Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, we will work with you to find a solution.
Return Conditions
- Veterinary Records: You must provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian documenting the condition.
- Puppy Condition: The puppy must be returned in good health and condition, excluding the diagnosed condition.
- Return Timing: The puppy must be returned within 7 days of the request being approved.
- Transportation: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a health guarantee claim.
- Documentation: All original health records, vaccination certificates, and paperwork must be returned with the puppy.

- Deposit Transfer: Deposits can be transferred to another available or upcoming litter if you change your mind.
- Full Refund: If we are unable to provide a healthy puppy as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
